Called dell tech support and they gave me a BIOS password but it did not work (idk if this was due to typos in the codes I gave or another reason). ![]() This is a problem as my internal card seems to be linked to it (was not able to backup internal GPU bios when I tried to overclock). Bios is locked, thus cannot enter advanced settings. Some people recommend changing some BIOS settings. uninstalled PCI root complex drivers and reinstalled PCI devices (happened automatically) Not an error code problem - it has never shown up.ģ. However, the GPU fans don't spin and it doesn't get detected in Device Manager. The eGPU turns on and the green LED light is consistently on.
